29ers: Who Are We?

Singles and couples in our 20's and 30's at First Presbyterian Church of Aurora, located on the corner of Fourth and Downer in Historic Downtown Aurora. First Pres is a member of the Confessing Church Movement within the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Some of our activities include Sunday school and social events.  We will be intentionally focusing on worship and intercession through our monthly 29ers Encounters with Pastor Jeff.

Mission Statement ~Building the future of First Pres: Singles and families joined in fellowship focused on Christ and His Word~ Theme Verses Jeremiah 29:11-13 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Sunday School We meet Sundays at 9:45 upstairs in the Junior dept (now the 29ers dept!). We have studied a variety of topics including Spiritual Gifts, the book of James, the book of Revelations, and the great commission.
